ISIS arrests sheep shepherds and confiscates their herds in the countryside of Deir Ezzor

ISIS terrorist organization arrested 3 cattle herdsmen yesterday in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor with a herd of sheep on charges of cooperating with Syria Democratic Forces, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also learned that ISIS attacked several days ago a water station west of al-Kubar in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, killing members of both parties and a member was captured and information about executing him in al-Kubar village and separating his head from his body, while the organization executed 2 days ago a 16 years old boy from al-Jazrah village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, after arresting him while he was attempting to cross from the al-Kubar village towards areas of the Syria Democratic Forces.
