Agbaria’s sentence was determined after he confessed and was convicted as part of a plea bargain.

According to the indictment, Agbaria developed an increasing interest in the ISIS terrorist organization and its activities, and developed an ideological identification with the organization’s activities, values ​​and goals.

In addition, he planned, in light of the intention of the Trump administration to transfer the US Embassy to Jerusalem to carry out an attack at the embassy, ​​after it was transferred to Jerusalem, using an explosive device and Molotov cocktails.
