ISIS terrorists threaten a ‘holiday attack’ in Vienna with image of a blood stained knife and call for strikes in Manhattan

Islamic State has threatened to attack Austria’s capital city after their latest propaganda poster showed an ISIS fighter holding a blood-stained knife in Vienna.

The shocking image was posted online and shows an the man with blood on his left hand as people strolled through a high street in the city.

Shops are covered in festive lights and the caption at the top of the image reads: ‘Soon on your holidays’.

The chilling poster comes just weeks after terrorists threatened an attack on London, the Queen and New York City.

An image was released on encrypted social media channels and showed an ISIS fighter firing an assault rifle next to a burning Union Flag.

Meanwhile, a second image showed an ISIS flag flying from the top of a burning Big Ben, which also has a large crack running across the building.

A message on the side of the image read: ‘We will destroy your country, as you destroyed our country’.

The other shows a bloody knife over an image of Queen Elizabeth II, with the message: ‘Under observation… soon’.

ISIS appeared to be revving up their propaganda machine ahead of the holidays, producing a series of graphic posters threatening attacks on Christmas shoppers in both Europe and the United States.

Fanatics shared a disturbing image threatening a Christmas-time attack on New York City just weeks before an explosion on Monday morning in a Times Square subway station.

The image showed Santa Claus standing on a low roof next to a box of dynamite looking out over a crowd of shoppers in Times Square.

The poster featured the words ‘We meet at Christmas in New York… soon’, written across it in black on white.

Another showed a terrorist standing next to a rocket launcher looking down at St Peter’s Square in the Vatican.

Four people, including the suspect, were hurt following a pipe bomb explosion in a New York City subway at the height of the morning rush hour on Monday.
